Dr Amusan Matthew graduated from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, with MBChB in 2013. He did his housemanship at the Eko Hospital, Lagos, in 2014 where he was directly involved in the management of over 7,000 patients cutting across a broad range of medical subspecialties from Oncology to Obstetrics. He served the mandatory one year NYSC service at Ajibulu Primary Health Center, Oshodi-Isolo Local Government, Lagos. He joined GraceValley Medical center in July 2015 as a medical officer and he is currently the Growth team lead as well. He is Healthcare Leadership Academy trained in Patient Centered Care with vast experience as a hospitalist. His area of interest include healthcare entrepreneurship, immunology of infectious diseases, vaccinology and synthetic biology. When he’s not doctoring, he relaxes by watching football (a Man U fan by the way), and Reading.
